Every day that I leave for work, I wonder what Winter is doing, what it must be like for Perry to get to work from home and if I am doing the right thing for my family. I’ve opened up before (here), that while I would love to stay home, it’s not a reality for me right now (dang those student loans). Being a working mother means that I have limited time with Winter and the last thing I want to do on the weekends is run errands with a toddler in tow.

Due to my finite time at home with my family, I am always looking for ways that I can still play the role of Mom while also tending to things like grocery shopping, paying bills, laundry and cleaning the house. I am so excited to partner with Sam’s Club to tell you about a service called Sam’s Club, Club Pick-Up that allows you to browse and order your goods from their new app or website and schedule a pick-up date and time where they’ll have everything ready to go right when you show up at the door.

Instead of worrying about how I am going to fit in the shopping between play dates, nap-time or lunch, I am able to streamline this errand simply by jumping on my phone, ordering what I need, and then heading to the kiosk during my designated check-in time to pick up my order. I am now able to be in and out of Sam’s Club in under ten minutes--talk about a score! Also, if you're like me, picking out my items beforehand keeps me focused on what I intended to buy instead of browsing the aisles and ending up with 50 extra dollars worth of products in my cart that I didn’t intend to get!

So about my latest Sam’s Club, Pick-Up experience: The ordering process was super easy. You can either browse categories from groceries to baby supplies on the app or their website and with a touch of a button, add the items to your cart (make sure the items say that they are eligible for Club Pick Up as different stores carry different goods). When you're ready to order, you simply fill out a pickup date and time. Sam’s Club will send you email notification when the order is ready.

The app tracks your order status. When you arrive at Sam’s Club, you can hit the check in button on the app to let them know that you are there. The app will ask you if you’re ready for the items immediately or if you need some time to shop (just in case you wanted to add something to your cart last minute).

Inside Sam’s Club there will be a kiosk at the entrance which you will use to confirm your order. Winter loved pushing the buttons! Once you confirm, the final step is to head to the register and your order will be waiting for you. Oh and the app houses your club card, so you don’t even need to dig in your wallet to find it. This process is incredibly convenient, an ultimate time-saver if you ask me. You can also customize your Easy Reorder List on the app which allows you to order your frequently ordered items, recent orders and more with a simple click of a button.

Now with Sam’s Club, Pick-Up, I am able to spend more time with my daughter at home gardening, cuddling and playing. I feel like the Sam’s Club, Club Pick-Up journey gives me back precious time with my daughter and that alone makes it seem like a no-brainer to use it every time we shop at Sam’s.
